Temidayo Oloyede is a Nigerian real estate entrepreneur and Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Edala Development Company Ltd, a growing property development and investment company with interests spanning residential real estate, short-let apartments, hospitality, commercial properties and resort developments. With a professional background in finance, project management and investment, including experience at Procter & Gamble, GTBank and Sterling Bank, Oloyede has built his leadership approach around developing properties that combine commercial viability, sustainable income and long-term asset appreciation.
Alongside fellow co-founder Samuel Olatunde, he has expanded Edala's portfolio across Lagos and Oyo State, with the company reporting over ₦10 billion in managed real estate assets as of January 2026. Its developments include Kairos Court, Cardiff City in Ibadan and The Lodge in Jericho GRA, Ibadan, which the company reported handing over in August 2026. Through its hospitality management subsidiary, Lodge and Loft by Edala, the company is also advancing professionally managed short-let accommodation as an investment asset class. Beyond property development, Oloyede has contributed to industry education through the Edala Realtors Conference and Investors Summit, promoting investor awareness, operational efficiency and opportunities for emerging real estate professionals.
