Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye is a Nigerian real estate developer, entrepreneur and founder of Zylus Group International, the parent company of Zylus Homes and Properties. Since establishing the business in 2018, he has built a growing real estate enterprise focused on expanding access to property ownership, residential development and investment opportunities across Nigeria. His leadership has helped position Zylus as a recognisable name in the country's property sector, with developments spanning residential estates, serviced plots and lifestyle-oriented communities.
Under his leadership, Zylus has developed projects including Lekki Pride, Zylus Court, Tiwa Garden City, Arizon Estate and Lekki Avana Bungalow & Resort, alongside developments across Lagos and other Nigerian states. In February 2026, the company marked a significant delivery milestone at Lekki Avana, allocating more than 100 bungalow units, including 41 completed homes and over 60 units at carcass stage. Beyond property development, Olatujoye has expanded Zylus into a diversified business group with interests in investment, financial services and other sectors, while promoting accessible housing and structured real estate investment. His involvement in the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria and the Forbes Business Council further reflects his participation in industry leadership and business development.
