Ayobami Akindipe is a Nigerian real estate entrepreneur, property developer and youth empowerment advocate whose journey from working as a bricklayer at age 13 to becoming a recognised industry leader reflects determination, innovation and social impact. As Founder and CEO of Ace Real Estate Development Ltd, established in 2019, he has built a property development company that has reportedly delivered over 100 housing units, with projects including Two3Four Residence in Lekki Phase 1, Number 31 in Ikate-Lekki, 78 Residence in Victoria Garden City, Ace City and Prime City Estate.
Beyond property development, Akindipe founded ACE Academy in 2022, a free training and mentorship initiative providing young Nigerians with practical skills in real estate, sales, financial literacy and entrepreneurship. By June 2025, the academy reported training over 25,000 aspiring professionals, including more than 1,000 graduates in its seventh cohort. His achievements earned him recognition on the 2025 Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 list, highlighting his contributions to real estate entrepreneurship and youth development. Through his combination of housing development, professional training and entrepreneurial mentorship, Akindipe is contributing to property ownership opportunities and the development of a new generation of real estate professionals.
