CORE 100 — Africa’s 100 Most Impactful People in Construction & Real Estate 2026
Gbenga Emmanuel Adeleke is a Nigerian real estate entrepreneur, property developer, investor and business leader whose contributions span residential development, real estate investment, professional mentorship and industry capacity building. As Chief Executive Officer of Tribitat Real Estate Ltd, he leads a property development company focused on premium residential and commercial developments, while also serving on the Board of Directors of Vista Holdings Limited, following his appointment in July 2025.
His professional background extends across information technology, banking, telecommunications, business development and construction management, bringing multidisciplinary experience to Nigeria’s evolving real estate industry. Beyond corporate leadership, Adeleke is a Co-Founder of Billionaire Realtors Group (BRG), established in 2015, a professional real estate network that has grown into a major platform for realtor education, mentorship, industry collaboration and business development. Through BRG, he has contributed to strengthening professional networks and creating opportunities for emerging real estate entrepreneurs and property practitioners across Nigeria and beyond.
Under his leadership, Tribitat Real Estate has continued to strengthen its presence in Nigeria’s residential property market, with developments including Ambiance Residences, Ambiance Heights and Micasa Lagos. The company reported delivering more than 100 premium housing units across nine projects over an eight-year period, although other published company accounts place the figure above 200 units. Its growing industry profile was recognised at the Africa Housing Awards 2025, where Tribitat received the Emerging Real Estate Brand of the Year award, presented in Abuja by Nigeria’s Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa.
Adeleke has also remained active in professional development and international industry engagement, including the 2025 BRG Developers Summit in Morocco, which brought together more than 50 real estate developers for training, networking and discussions on sustainable property development. His broader involvement in Vista Holdings and Aston Cooperative reflects an interest in connecting property development with investment structures, professional networks and long-term wealth creation. Through these activities, Adeleke is contributing to the development of residential communities, the professionalisation of real estate entrepreneurship and the expansion of investment opportunities within Nigeria’s built environment.
