Mayowa Adeosun is a Nigerian entrepreneur, financial technology innovator and real estate capital markets strategist working to address one of Africa’s most significant property investment challenges: the lack of transparent, accountable financing structures. As Founder and CEO of Assetrica, formerly Assetrix, he leads a technology company developing governance infrastructure that enables property developers, fund managers, trustees and institutional investors to track project milestones, funding approvals and capital deployment through independently verifiable records. His professional journey spans more than 15 years, including experience at the Central Bank of Nigeria, Leadway Assurance and Accenture, before co-founding Sycamore Capital Group, where he served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer.
He is also a co-founder of Bedrock Residences. Established in 2025, Assetrica initially explored fractional property investment before repositioning in December 2025 towards institutional governance infrastructure. By May 2026, the company reported securing its first institutional platform licence with Sycamore Finance. Through his work, Adeosun is advancing conversations around real estate financing, investor protection, regulatory accountability and the technology required to attract sustainable institutional capital into Africa’s built environment.
