Obinna Udeagha is a Nigerian real estate executive, business transformation strategist and corporate leader with over 20 years of professional experience spanning real estate, financial services, technology, consulting and corporate management. As Managing Director of ONL Group, a Nigerian real estate and infrastructure development company, he leads strategic initiatives across property development, investment advisory, construction management and asset management. His professional journey includes leadership roles at Heirs Holdings, Afriland Properties Plc, Mastercard, Zenith Bank, Bank PHB and Accenture, where he developed expertise in corporate strategy, operational efficiency and business transformation.
Previously serving as Director of Properties and Facilities Management at Afriland Properties, Udeagha brought institutional property management experience into his leadership at ONL Group, which he joined as Managing Director in January 2024. Under his leadership, ONL has pursued strategic partnerships with construction and engineering firms while strengthening its integrated approach to residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality real estate. Beyond corporate leadership, Udeagha has contributed to industry discussions on investment, corporate governance and sustainable development, including his participation in the Lagos Real Estate Fest 2026 Leadership Roundtable, where he advocated stronger private-sector collaboration in advancing Nigeria’s property industry.
