Oleka Udenze Richard is a Nigerian real estate developer, entrepreneur and business executive whose growing portfolio spans luxury residential developments, estate planning and property investment across Abuja and Enugu. As Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Polo Residences Limited and Pinnacle Prime Estates Limited, he has pursued two distinct approaches to property development: exclusive luxury residences in Nigeria’s capital and planned residential estates in the South-East.
Through Polo Residences, his developments include The Regius in Katampe, The Manor in Guzape, The Euphoria in Katampe Extension and The Olympus in Asokoro, incorporating contemporary architecture, smart-home technology and sustainable energy features. In November 2025, the company unveiled The Knightsbridge in Wuse II, Abuja, a proposed luxury development comprising 16 three-bedroom apartments and two penthouses.
Through Pinnacle Prime Estates, Richard has also advanced residential estate development in Enugu, including Garden City Estate, The Capital City Estate, The Platinum Estate and The Oaklands. His introduction of pre-demarcated plots with dwarf fencing and immediate allocation arrangements reflects an effort to improve transparency and buyer confidence in land transactions. His work demonstrates a commitment to architectural innovation, investment value and the expansion of organised residential communities across different segments of Nigeria’s property market.
