Dr. Kennedy Okonkwo is a Nigerian real estate developer, entrepreneur and business leader whose contribution to residential property development has helped shape modern housing and aspirational living in Lagos. As Founder and Group Managing Director of Nedcomoaks Group Limited, established in 2007, he has built a diversified real estate enterprise recognised for combining contemporary architecture, residential development and accessible luxury housing. His leadership has been instrumental in the growth of Victoria Crest Homes, a subsidiary led by his wife, Ichechi Okonkwo, and the expansion of the group's property development activities.
Through Nedcomoaks and Victoria Crest Homes, Okonkwo has contributed to residential developments including Victoria Crest Terrace, Victoria Bay, Victoria Nest, Citadel Views and Capital Gardens Estate, alongside several other housing projects across Lagos. The group reports delivering more than 10,000 homes across 30 completed projects, with further developments under construction.
