One of Arkland’s most significant 2026 milestones is the commencement of Caspian Heights, developed in collaboration with Equity Cooperative. Construction formally commenced following a groundbreaking ceremony on 24 January 2026.
The planned 21-floor residential tower in Eko Atlantic City will comprise one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, supported by amenities including a swimming pool, fitness centre, landscaped areas, advanced security systems, high-speed elevators and dedicated parking.
The development represents a significant expansion of Arkland’s high-rise residential pipeline within Eko Atlantic.
- Expanding Eko Atlantic Portfolio
Arkland is developing a growing concentration of premium residential projects within one of Nigeria’s most significant emerging urban districts. Its Phoenix Tower is a 27-storey residential development comprising 122 units, including 120 three-bedroom apartments and two penthouses.
The project remains under construction in 2026.
- A&A Towers Progressing Toward Completion
A&A Towers further strengthens Arkland’s high-rise development credentials.
The 23-storey luxury residential development had reached its 19th floor by March 2025 and is scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.
CORE will treat final completion and handover as an ongoing assessment point until delivery is confirmed.
